Two bedroom - Occupancy of 4
CANCELLATIONS
Deposit less $100 is refundable for Non-Holiday bookings if
cancellation notice is received 60 days prior to arrival, $500
cancellation fee if notice is received 59 to 30 days prior to
arrival, no refund of monies if cancelled less than 30 days
prior to arrival unless we are able to re-rent the unit. $500 Deposit is
non-refundable for Holiday Bookings with no refund of total
payment if cancelled on Oct. 31 or later.
